Join us for a conversation as we unpack strategies and interventions most likely to be associated with sustained behavioural change, and leave with practical tools proven to support and promote improvements in health and quality of life.

Dr. David Macklin (Director, Medcan Weight Management Program, Director, Weight Management, Mount Sinai Hospital BMI Clinic and Lecturer, University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine) and Dr. Sean Wharton (Chair, Obesity Canada GTA, Director, Wharton Medical Clinics, Adjunct Professor, McMaster University and York University) are the featured speakers, as well as LIVE WELL Exercise Clinic Yorkdale owner Carly Biggart, and LIVE WELL member Louise Ross.

Refreshments and appetizers will be served and tickets are $15.
