In order to protect the habit of exercise, we must come up with creative ways to allow the injured or sore body part to rest while still getting in our exercise. At LIVE WELL, our Clinical Exercise Physiologists can work with your physical therapist to incorporate your recovery plan and rehab exercises into your exercise routine at the clinic.
