We don't do diets, cleanses or miracle pills. Our program helps you embrace regular exercise and learn how to build healthy habits that will shift your lifestyle.
With accountability and focus, you will lose the weight and keep it off long term so that you can a live longer and healthier life, while managing and preventing chronic heatlh conditions.
Most of our members have been professional dieters for a long, long time, losing weight but never keeping it off. Many have never exercised before in their life! At LIVE WELL, you will feel comfortable and join a community of others facing the same struggles.

Our My Healthy Weight program targets 4 primary outcomes:
- Optimized Blood Pressure
- Blood pressure is one of the fastest health vitals to improve with exercise. A regular exercise program can lower your blood pressure within weeks.
- Lower Cholesterol
- Studies show that exercise is by far, the best way to increase your HDL (good cholesterol) which in turn decreases your LDL (bad cholesterol).
- Increased Happiness Quotient
- Our program will increase your energy level; reduce stress; lift your mood; improve your ability to undertake normal activities of daily living; increase your strength; reduce anxiety and symptoms of depression (common with many chronic diseases); and slow the rate at which many diseases progress.
- Long Term, Sustainable Weight Management
- Diets don't work for long. Sustainability is the key here. At LIVE WELL, your health coach will partner with you to enable you to lose and keep off the weight over the long term.
- Lower BMI
- As part of healthy weight management, we know that when you lower your Body Mass Index, or BMI, you reduce your risk of numerous diseases and health concerns.
