LIVE WELL Exercise Clinic is a prescribed exercise clinic offering the SPARKS METHOD™.  We specialize in supervised exercise and healthy lifestyle coaching for people who have or seek to prevent chronic health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and obesity. Although LIVE WELL is often a prescribed exercise clinic, membership and access to the SPARKS METHOD™, is open to anyone seeking to improve their health and well being.

 

We work with people who want to take control of their health so they can live life to the fullest.

We’re an Exercise Clinic

Many of our members are referred by their physician – although we also welcome walk-ins! Our method for all members is to start low and slow. We monitor health vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels, blood glucose) before, during and after exercise. We then keep your family doctor up-to-date on your progress.
