What is wellness?  At LIVE WELL, we know that wellness is more than just the absence of disease.  We believe that wellness is the ability to fully engage in your life and live out your greatest potential.  It is the result of good physical and mental health.  Most of us know what we should be doing to achieve wellness: eating well, exercising, getting enough sleep, and managing our stress.  But knowing what to do isn’t often enough to change our lifestyle.  We need to focus on small strategic behavior changes in order to create a lasting change.  At LIVE WELL, we teach our members 7 Healthy Habits to help them achieve wellness. Each member has a health coach who helps them craft a personalized plan for wellness, overcome obstacles, and stay accountable.
